You are permitted to exchange or refund your product within 14 days of delivery. In either case, the product must be returned in new and unwashed condition with tags attached. Emily Grace Designs Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by your carrier.

For apparel: Wash inside-out and dry on low heat. Do not apply iron directly on design.

For glassware: Handwash recommended.
