Return/Shipping Policy

Returns

You are permitted to exchange or refund your product within 14 days of delivery. In either case, the product must be returned in new and unwashed condition with tags attached. Emily Grace Designs Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by your carrier. Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date that it arrives back to us.

 

To initiate a return/refund request:

  1. Email info@emilygracedesignsco.com with the subject “return," and make sure to include your name as well as your order number in the body of your email. Your order number will be found in the initial order confirmation email that was sent to you
  2.  We will respond to your email with further information on how to process your return/exchange.
  3. We do not offer free return shipping at this time. Shipping should run you $5-8 depending on when you’re located. We recommend shipping with a USPS priority mailer flat rate that you can get for free at the post office.
  4. Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date that it arrives back to us.

 

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders with a subtotal greater than $75 will receive free shipping.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@emilygracedesignsco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
